1. Controller
The CN1 / Eggplant Queen Services are currently operated by an individual operator established in France. Privacy contact: contact@eggplantqueen.lol.
2. Services covered
This Policy may apply to eggplantqueen.lol, CN1 games, Telegram bots, Telegram mini-apps, CN1-controlled communities, multiplayer features, rankings, support systems, wallet-connect features and related online services. Independent third-party platforms process information under their own policies.
3. Data we may process
Telegram information
- Telegram user ID, username, display name and language information;
- messages or commands sent to CN1 bots;
- interaction timestamps and moderation events.
Game information
- player identifier, nickname and team information;
- XP, level, achievements, scores and leaderboard position;
- match history, gameplay telemetry, technical anti-cheat signals and crash information.
Website and technical information
- IP address, date and time, requested pages, browser and operating-system information;
- security logs, error logs and age-gate confirmation state stored locally on your device.
Wallet information
Where a blockchain feature is used, CN1 may process a public wallet address, public blockchain transaction information and wallet-connection status. CN1 does not need and will never ask for your seed phrase or private key.
4. Data we do not intentionally request
Do not send passwords, private keys, seed phrases, payment-card security codes, unnecessary government identity documents, medical records or highly sensitive private information about another person.
5. Purposes and legal bases
Data may be processed to provide requested Services and maintain game profiles; secure systems and prevent abuse; moderate communities; handle support requests; comply with legal obligations; and, where applicable, operate optional analytics or marketing technologies based on consent where consent is required.
6. AI and automation
Some features may use automated systems or AI. Data submitted to such a feature may be transmitted to a technical provider where necessary to provide the requested functionality. CN1 does not intend to use automated systems to make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about users unless this is specifically disclosed and lawfully implemented.
7. Service providers
CN1 may use service providers for hosting, domain services, cybersecurity, databases, backups, Telegram integrations, AI processing, error monitoring and other technical functions. Namecheap services are used for CN1 infrastructure/domain services as reported by the Operator. Other providers may be identified as the technical stack evolves.
8. International transfers
Some providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where GDPR transfer rules apply, an applicable legal transfer mechanism will be used where required.
9. Retention
Personal data is not intended to be retained longer than reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose. Security logs, moderation records, support correspondence, active game profiles and consent/acceptance records may have different retention periods depending on operational and legal needs. Data may be retained longer where reasonably necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims or comply with law.
Public blockchain data may remain available independently of CN1 for as long as the relevant blockchain operates.
10. Telegram and other platforms
Telegram and other third-party services are independent controllers for processing they perform themselves. Deleting information from a CN1-controlled system does not automatically delete information independently retained by Telegram or another platform.
11. Age restriction
CN1 Services are restricted to adults aged 18 or older. CN1 does not knowingly provide the Services to minors. If we reasonably determine that a minor has circumvented the age restriction, access may be terminated and associated data may be deleted, restricted or otherwise handled as appropriate under applicable law.
12. Age-gate storage
CN1 may store a small local value on your device to remember that you confirmed the 18+ requirement and the version of the Terms shown to you. This is used to operate the access-control experience and avoid asking the same question on every page view.
13. Cookies and similar technologies
Strictly necessary technologies may be used for security, authentication, essential preferences and requested sessions. Optional analytics, advertising or tracking technologies that legally require consent should not be activated before the required consent is obtained.
If CN1 later introduces non-essential tracking, a separate consent-management interface should be provided so that refusing is reasonably as easy as accepting and consent can be changed later.
14. Security
CN1 uses reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal data, which may include access restrictions, authentication controls, encrypted connections, updates, logging, backups and secrets management. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
15. Your rights
Subject to applicable conditions, individuals may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent and rights concerning certain automated decisions. Requests may be sent to contact@eggplantqueen.lol. Reasonable identity verification may be requested where appropriate.
16. CNIL
Individuals may lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL), independently of contacting CN1 first.
17. Legal requests and incidents
CN1 may preserve or disclose information where required by applicable law or a valid request from a competent authority. Personal-data incidents will be assessed and applicable notification obligations will be followed where required.
18. Changes
This Policy may be updated when Services, providers, processing activities or applicable rules change. The current version will display its latest update date.
