1. Scope and acceptance
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the CN1 / Eggplant Queen ecosystem, including eggplantqueen.lol, related websites, browser games, multiplayer games, Telegram bots, Telegram mini-apps, Telegram communities, applications, software, rankings, XP systems, community features, AI-assisted features, blockchain-related features and any other service expressly operated as part of CN1 / Eggplant Queen (collectively, the “Services”).
The Services are currently operated by an individual operator established in France (the “Operator”, “CN1”, “Eggplant Queen”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Legal identification information is provided where required by applicable law in the applicable Legal Notice. Contact: contact@eggplantqueen.lol.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Strictly 18+ — adults only
The Services are intended exclusively for persons aged 18 or older. If the age of legal majority applicable to you is higher than 18, you must have reached that higher age.
You must not misrepresent your age, assist a minor in circumventing age restrictions, create an account for a minor, or knowingly allow a minor to use your account to access CN1 Services.
CN1 may use reasonable age-assurance measures. If we reasonably believe a user does not meet the applicable age requirement, access may be restricted, suspended or terminated and associated personal data may be handled in accordance with applicable law.
3. Nature of CN1
CN1 / The Eggplant Queen is primarily an entertainment, gaming, community and fictional-character project. The Eggplant Queen is a fictional character. Her dialogue, reactions, comments, jokes, opinions and behaviour may be sarcastic, absurd, exaggerated, cynical, rude, degen, provocative, satirical or fictional.
Statements made by the character should not automatically be understood as factual statements or as personal statements of the Operator.
4. Mature and satirical content
CN1 is designed for an adult audience. The Services may contain or parody alcohol, fictional drugs or substances, gambling culture, crypto culture, dark humour, coarse language, fictional violence, financial losses, degenerate behaviour, memes and other mature themes. Their presence does not constitute encouragement to engage in unlawful, dangerous or harmful conduct.
5. No professional advice
Nothing in the Services constitutes financial, investment, portfolio-management, tax, legal, medical, psychological, health, drug-use or other regulated professional advice. Where professional advice is required, consult an appropriately qualified professional.
6. AI and automated features
CN1 features may use artificial intelligence, third-party AI models, automated responses, predefined responses, image analysis, automated moderation or algorithmic game systems. Automated systems can misunderstand users, produce inaccurate or outdated information, fail to recognise context, hallucinate information or fail entirely.
Do not rely on an automated CN1 response where accuracy is important. CN1 does not guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, current or suitable for a particular purpose.
7. Games
CN1 may provide browser, Telegram, multiplayer or other games. Games are entertainment products and may contain fictional violence, weapons, enemies, satirical representations of substances, XP, rankings, teams, scores, achievements and competitive gameplay.
We may rebalance or modify weapons, characters, maps, XP, enemies, rankings, scoring, matchmaking, movement, difficulty, progression, game modes and other mechanics. There is no guaranteed right to the permanent continuation of a particular gameplay mechanic.
8. Beta and experimental software
Some Services may be alpha, beta, experimental, early-access, preview, test or prototype software. Such Services may contain bugs, crash or change substantially. Progress may sometimes need to be corrected, migrated or reset. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
9. XP, stars, levels and virtual points
Unless expressly stated otherwise under separate legally applicable documentation, CN1 XP, stars, points, ranks, achievements, leaderboard scores, levels, badges, statistics and game progression are gameplay features only.
They are not money, electronic money, crypto-assets, investments or financial instruments; they have no guaranteed monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, do not represent ownership of CN1 and do not create a right to future crypto-assets.
We may correct or remove progression obtained through cheating, exploit abuse, automation, manipulation, fraud or technical error.
10. No real-money gambling
Unless a future product is expressly launched under a separate lawful and appropriately regulated framework, CN1 does not provide real-money gambling. Slot-machine imagery, jackpot terminology, betting jokes or casino-style mechanics may be used satirically or as game mechanics. Ordinary CN1 game points and XP cannot be redeemed for money.
11. Crypto-assets and blockchain
Certain CN1 content or future features may relate to Solana, crypto-assets, blockchain technology, public wallet addresses, tokens, smart contracts, decentralised applications or exchanges.
References to a token, project or possible future launch do not by themselves constitute an offer for sale, investment recommendation, guarantee that a token will launch, guarantee of listing, promise of value, promise of liquidity or promise of returns. Where regulated documentation is required for a particular activity, that documentation applies in addition to these Terms.
12. Crypto risk
Crypto-assets can be extremely volatile and may lose some or all of their value. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. Risks include smart-contract vulnerabilities, wallet compromise, phishing, malware, network congestion, protocol failure, bridge failure, third-party failure, loss of keys, regulatory change, liquidity changes and market volatility.
CN1 does not guarantee profit, returns, appreciation, minimum value, liquidity, listings, trading volume, market availability or future utility.
13. Wallet security
CN1 will never require you to disclose your wallet seed phrase or private key. Never provide them to CN1, moderators, administrators, community members or bots. Anyone asking for a seed phrase or private key should be treated as potentially fraudulent. CN1 cannot recover a lost private key or seed phrase.
14. Public blockchains
Blockchain transactions and public wallet addresses may remain publicly accessible. CN1 does not control an independent public blockchain and cannot delete transactions from a blockchain it does not control.
15. Third-party services
CN1 may interact with independent services including Telegram, Solana, wallet providers, AI providers, hosting providers, domain providers, blockchain explorers, social networks and decentralised applications. Those services operate independently and may have their own terms, privacy rules, security systems and technical limitations.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, a link or integration does not mean that CN1 owns, operates, endorses or guarantees that third-party service.
16. Telegram
Telegram is an independent platform. CN1 is not Telegram. Telegram may restrict accounts, remove bots, modify APIs or terms, or experience downtime. Loss or suspension of a Telegram account may affect CN1 functionality connected to that account.
17. User accounts
Where accounts or profiles exist, you are responsible for taking reasonable measures to protect access to Telegram, email, wallets, devices, passwords and authentication credentials.
18. Acceptable use
You must not use CN1 Services to commit unlawful acts, facilitate fraud, steal assets or credentials, operate phishing schemes, distribute malware, attack infrastructure, gain unauthorised access, deliberately disrupt Services, impersonate CN1 staff for deceptive purposes, scam community members, distribute illegal content, seriously harass others, make credible threats, dox another person, fraudulently manipulate rankings, abuse exploits, circumvent bans or age restrictions, spam, or abuse reporting mechanisms.
Activities expressly protected by mandatory applicable law remain unaffected.
19. Cheating and game integrity
CN1 may take reasonable measures to protect multiplayer and competitive integrity. Prohibited conduct may include aimbots, wallhacks, unauthorised bots, packet manipulation, deliberate exploit abuse, ranking manipulation, fraudulent XP farming and unauthorised automation. Scores, rankings, XP, matches or progression affected by such conduct may be invalidated.
20. Community rules and moderation
CN1 communities intentionally allow memes, sarcasm, jokes and informal language. This does not mean everything is permitted. Moderators may intervene against scams, phishing, malware, spam, serious harassment, credible threats, doxxing, impersonation, illegal content, coordinated abuse, deliberate disruption, fraudulent promotion and attempts to compromise users.
Moderation may be human, automated, AI-assisted or a combination. Actions may include warnings, message deletion, temporary restrictions, muting, removal from groups, game restrictions, suspension or bans.
21. User content
You retain ownership of rights you legally hold in content you submit. By intentionally submitting User Content for display through a CN1 Service, you grant the Operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, transmit, display, format, moderate, maintain backups of and use that content insofar as reasonably necessary to operate or promote the relevant CN1 Service or community.
You must have the necessary rights to submit your content. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
22. Illegal content and reporting
Illegal content, scams, impersonation, intellectual-property complaints, security concerns and serious abuse may be reported to contact@eggplantqueen.lol. Reports should contain enough information to identify and investigate the issue. Knowingly submitting fraudulent or malicious reports is prohibited.
23. Intellectual property
CN1 and Eggplant Queen Services may contain original characters, artwork, logos, branding, game assets, animations, source code, software, websites, written material, dialogue, sounds, documentation and visual design. Unless otherwise stated, such original material belongs to the Operator or is used with appropriate permission. These Terms do not transfer ownership of CN1 intellectual property.
24. Community memes and fan content
Ordinary non-commercial memes, fan art, screenshots, clips and community posts are generally welcome. You must not use CN1 branding in a way that falsely suggests official representation, endorsement or authorisation. Commercial exploitation of substantial CN1 intellectual property may require permission.
25. Feedback
Suggestions, ideas, bug reports and feature proposals voluntarily submitted to CN1 may be used to improve the Services without an obligation to compensate the submitter unless otherwise agreed in writing.
26. Service availability
CN1 is an evolving project and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Services may be affected by maintenance, development, bugs, attacks, hosting failures, third-party failures, network outages, blockchain problems, Telegram outages or emergency security action.
27. Data and privacy
Personal-data processing is governed by the CN1 Privacy Policy. Independent third parties may separately process personal data under their own policies.
28. Security research
Security vulnerabilities affecting CN1-controlled systems should be disclosed privately to contact@eggplantqueen.lol. Do not exploit a vulnerability beyond what is reasonably necessary to demonstrate it, access unrelated user data, destroy data, extort users or CN1, or publish an unresolved vulnerability in a manner creating an immediate security threat.
29. Competitions, giveaways and events
Specific rules may apply to competitions, giveaways, tournaments or events. No user should assume an event provides money, crypto-assets, transferable prizes or guaranteed rewards unless the applicable rules expressly state so. Eligibility restrictions may include age and jurisdiction.
30. Suspension and termination
We may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary due to underage use, serious Terms violations, unlawful activity, fraud, scams, cheating, security threats, attacks, impersonation, repeated abuse, attempts to circumvent restrictions, or legal and regulatory obligations.
31. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CN1 does not guarantee that every Service will always be available, software will always be bug-free, AI responses will always be correct, progress will never require correction, third-party services will continue operating, future features will be released, announced concepts will become products, crypto-assets will have value, or any project will achieve commercial success.
This section does not exclude any warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
32. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law. In particular, these Terms do not remove mandatory rights available under French or European Union law.
Subject to those mandatory protections, the Operator is not responsible for losses caused solely by circumstances outside the Operator’s reasonable control, including independent third-party platform failures, user disclosure of private keys or seed phrases, compromised user devices, independent blockchain or wallet failures, unrelated third-party phishing, or deliberate misuse of CN1 Services.
33. Users remain responsible for their decisions
You remain responsible for decisions you make using the Services, including decisions to buy, sell, trade, transfer, hold, connect a wallet, sign a transaction or follow a third-party link. Inspect important transactions before approving them.
34. No partnership or agency
Use of CN1 does not automatically create employment, partnership, agency, fiduciary, investment-management or professional-advisory relationships. Community moderators are not automatically authorised to enter into contracts on behalf of the Operator.
35. Future paid services
If CN1 later introduces paid digital products, subscriptions, merchandise, ticket sales, paid competitions, commercial services, crypto-asset offerings or other purchases, additional terms, disclosures or Conditions of Sale may apply before the relevant transaction.
36. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated where reasonably necessary because of new Services, technical changes, security requirements, legal or regulatory requirements, or operational changes. The latest version will display its update date. Material changes will be communicated where legally required.
37. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer residing in another country, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that cannot legally be waived. Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to give up a court jurisdiction available under mandatory applicable law.
38. Severability and no waiver
If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, it applies only to the maximum extent legally permissible and the remainder remains effective unless applicable law requires otherwise. Failure to enforce a provision immediately does not automatically constitute a permanent waiver.
39. Applicable documents
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Legal Notice, applicable game rules, competition rules, product terms and legally required crypto-asset documentation, form the applicable framework for use of the relevant CN1 Services.
